I Chittaranjan singh with customer account number-102608879 quite shocked to receive the electricity bill of Rs.920/- as already complaint about my bill excess billing an as per your reverted that Differential amount is mentioned in your latest bill under the head – “Net Previous Balance”. Any payment made by you during the period is also adjusted in the latest bill.
But as per my bill amount of rs.920 there is no adjustment of any amount of As for March20 and April 20, consumers were under billed, while actual consumption was high due to summers and additional usage because of lockdown.
