Text of Complaint by Deepesh Sharma:

Sir  I had purchased the airtel postpaid Sim card on 05-12-2018 as I urgently needed a sim card as prepaid sim card of Jammu do not work outside jandk.  They told me that it would take 24 hrs for the sim to be activated so I waited  Till that 72 hrs had passed but still no signal in my phone  Tried to contact customer care  they give such a lousy response telling me that they have no details of my number  As a consumer we don’t expect this type of service  Please address this matter at the earliest.
