The most pathetic service since 2 months when i took connection& getting worse by each passing day
Currently Service out for more than 36 hours and have been told it will be done in another 3 days.
But my agony dosen’t start today, since i took the connection there have been issues , the technician for his comfort never placed the device in the hall it is dangling is one corner from where signal is not received in 2/3rd of the house.
The biggest concern is they close tickets without action or confirmation from Customer.I have raised multiple requests as mentioned below for dsame issues all closed at there will.
There appellate body is the biggest joke and a best example of unprofessional conduct sent 8 emails till date no response or calls .
Below is the sequence of issues opened with them . All have been marked closed at the will of their backend and customer care without even a single call or resolution till date. I had to repeatedly in a span of last 3 weeks . But they don’t give a damn.

I am seriously fed up and don’t know how to get these guys to learn professional mannerism , in such a big brand company there is not a single individual who could get a resolution to our issue for last 2 months.
