I Had Filed A Complaint To Jio Fibre Helpline Against The Router is Not Working Properly (Blink Red Instead of Green) There is no Internet Access & We Already Made Prepaid Recharge in The Starting of the Month But No Action is Taken Yet… No one is Reached the Site & Fixed The Problem … I Had Issued Complaint From My Jio App 3 To 4 Times But No One Come Yet And Without Resolving The Problem They Close The Issued Query on My Jio App… Really Very Disappointed From This Kind of Service. Hope Complaining Here Will Resolve The Problem….
