Subject: Complaint Regarding Dilapidated Building at Fakhri colony, church road , Bhayander west, Thane 401101.
Dear To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition of the buildings which are above 50 years old located at Fakhri colony, Church road, Bhayander west, Thane, Maharashtra – 401101. The structure has fallen into a state of disrepair, which poses safety hazards to the community and detracts from the neighborhood’s overall appearance. The structure of many buildings are damage whith big cracks on pillars and beams of the buildings and also water leakage issues.
Many ceiling slabs have been fallen from the rooms and many tenants and owners of the flat have been injured in the incident.
The society members do not give the yearly audit report to the people of the buildings. The society members do not look after the maintenance of the buildings. Inspite of weak buildings of 50 years old society members have also Installed the mobile tower on the terrace in Hussaini Mohammedi building.
These conditions not only affect the safety of nearby residents but also diminish the quality of life in our community. I respectfully request that your office investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the issues outlined above.Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
