Lodged a broadband connection problem on 16th Nov; as per the SR , it was suppose to be closed on yesterday 17-Nov. But till now there is no action taken on this.It is a simple wire cute issue which can be fixed by changing the wire,not that complicated isnt it. But still Airtel is so reluctant/shortage of resources/whatever the reason is!! not taking any steps on this complaint.This is how they value the customer ? ill-treat their customers? making false promises!! with WFH, its been 3 days I am in loss of pay because of this Braoadband disruption. Will Airtel compensate my LOP salary ? Its really disgusting to have such a worst experience with AIrtel( so callled biggest service provider,really???)!!!
