Text of Complaint by Akshay Bavishi:

Please note that ever since I had purchased an Airtel Hot-spot device with a postpaid plan of 799  for enabling Work from home (Oriya para, Howrah), I’m facing issues & airtel speed is in no ways making my life easy. To summarise I have experienced below hardship relation with airtel.
1. There is no customer care for instant help on connectivity issues neither app is allowing to log any incident easily.
2. It was really hard for me to check & log compliant with airtel local support for raising a complaint
3. It is always hard to get an issue resolved with airtel.
4. I have purchased an airtel hotspot device also which I need to return back again refund.
5. I’m facing an issue in connectivity at my home location mentioned below, for which I have already raised a request last month from the nearest Airtel store. However,
Requested repeatedly to raise below through SRN, but Airtel executives are not raising SRN for this.
can you please raise follow-up SRN or fresh SRN again on below 5 issues  & confirm my SRN number on this mail trail only.-
1. Consistent connectivity issue from Dec’20 at my home – 67/1/2 G.T Road (North) 2nd Floor. Howrah – 711106.
2. No action was taken for the complaint raised in earlier Dec’20 from Airtel Dobson road (Howrah) outlet.
3. Further, no action is taken since 4th Jan’20 again on the termination request raised in this mail trail.
4. Waiver of outstanding bill amount as no proper service was provided & no action was taken on poor connectivity issue.
5. Airtel is not allowing to documents customer’s grievance /issue into Airtel SRN system accurately & SRN raised partially was not resolved & CLOSED WITHOUT ANY ACTION or CUSTOMER’s CONCERN /FEEDBACK.
Considering the above points I would request you to terminate my connection & waive off one month outstanding as there was no service available.
