Hi Team,
I have raised disconnection Request for Jio Fiber. It is not being done from them from last one month, though the time given was 7 days. The ticket raised for this was closed without any action and their customer support is not able to resolve it, also thet are not able to take any appropriate action. I am attaching details here. Please help to get my security money back from Jio who are not showing any intent to return it. Please, i seek help really.
