I WAS AVAILING 33 KW CONNECTION (CA NO 60008215737 ) FROM TATA POWER , BUT SINCE JULY END I HAVE STOPPED RUNNING MY UNIT, SO I APPLIED TO TATA POWER ON ITS CONSUMER PORTAL TO REDUCE MY LOAD TO AS LOW AS 13 KW IMMEDIATELY.
TATA POWER RECEIVED MY ONLINE REQUEST TO REDUCE LOAD TO 26 KW IN AUGUST AS WELL AS SEPTEMBER, BUT NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN & I AM STILL RECEIVING BILL FOR FIXED CHARGES FOR 33 KW FOR PAST 2 MONTHS.

TATA POWER IS MAKING FALSE PROMISES & CAUSING LOSSES TO ME.
I WISH TO APPEAL VIA YOUR PLATFORM TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST TATA POWER AND REFUND ME ALL EXTRA FIXED CHARGES FROM AUGUST ONWARDS.
IF NO REFUND IS GIVEN BY TATA POWER I WILL NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER PAYMENT TO THEM
