I’m a jio fiber pre-paid customer. I have been suffering for not accessible internet since 27th aug’23. In this regarding I raised a ticket SR00001Q5UE8 on 27th aug at 19:40 and a sms came that I would receive an update on 28th aug at 19:38. An engineer appointed on 28th aug at 13:00-14:00. But another sms came on 28th aug with message delayed due to technical reasons and expected to get resolved within 24 hours. After that, whenever I called to jio care no, same speak ‘ for some technical issue we are late to resolve your problem, we are trying next 24 hours it will resolve and sorry for the inconvenice. Next I mailed twice to appellate.wb@jio.com. ‘Rest assured, we will provide an update within the next 24 hours on the progress made towards resolving the issue’, reply came from team jio with name Pooja Baghzai & Tahseen Shaikh. On 1st sept, a sms came that your request has been addressed. There are so much work stucked for this problem and most of all you take my presious time. Already 7 days over, when you people will resolve my problem? This is my last request. Please do something and update me today. Thank You
