Hai,
I am Kannan from Naduvoorkarai, Mandaikadu (pin:629252). My Airtel number is 9698161451. Airtel customers from my area are facing the network problem for the last 2years. 4G network is very very slow in our area. When somebody calls us through phn, we need to run out to the open to talk. Such a bad signal we are getting throughout these long years.
There are many Airtel customers from my area are changed into jio service provider within a short period of time due to its speed. We have complained about this matter so many times to the customer care, but the problem still remains the same. I am sure if Airtel signal problem in our area is not rectified, there are a lot of customers who have been still using Airtel for so many years, will shift to another provider within this month.
I kindly request you to sort this network problem at the earliest.
