I booked a 12 Seater cab from Shree Darshan Tour And Travels 5-7A,Narela Road, Dr.Sahib Singh Verma Marg ,Kanjhawala Delhi – 110081 for Delhi, Agra & Mathura trip via Mr.Rohit Contact No.6289696151 and i paid an advance of Rs.6000/- out of total trip 18000/- for which he has given me the receipt. In the receipt he has given the Vehicle No.HR61 D 8030 and the Driver Name is Mr. Krishn Contact No.7209754410.
On the day when i reached Delhi on 05-09-2023 i contacted the Driver Mr.Krishn for picking up from Delhi railway station, he said that he is nearby station and will come and he asked me pay 4000/- for Tax payment for which i denied. But after getting confirmation from Mr.Rohit i paid him 4000/- thru G Pay.After paying the amount neither Mr.Rohit nor the driver picked my call’s, i made no of call’s but no response. We all suffered a lot in Delhi station.I sent them many messages thru whatsapp but no reply.
So please help me in getting my money 10,000/- back.
