Hi I placed an order on niyas on 12 th of April for 1499 rupees, their Instagram handle is @https://instagram.com/niyans_design?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
After the order was placed i was ghosted for the few days, after multiple follow ups i asked them to share the, product or refund. After 15 days they send some wrong product, when asked for refund, they denied… They wouldn’t be able to pick or exchange when all the details where expectily mentioned
