Sir,
1. I had availed an insurance policy from the said Niva Bhupa Health Insurance Co. Ltd. being Policy No. 34269813202400 after paying the required premium to the said Niva Bhupa Health Insurance Co. Ltd.
2. I had submitted a claim on October 26, 2024 for an amount of Rs.2,37,539/-, however, till date the said insurer has been deliberately delaying using unethical and immoral tactics repeatedly asking for the same information, raising new queries and making bland excuses on the baseless ground like mentioning things which were never diagnosed with me nor are mentioned in any of his medical records. This clearly shows your fraudulent intention to deceive me of his rightful claims. It is pertinent to mention that such practice is derogatory to the practice of insurance providers.
3. I states that he had initially applied for a cashless facility, however, the same was denied stating that the entire sum of the claim shall be reimbursed to me at the earliest. Furthermore, when I was operated on and I had submitted my claim after discharge, the officials of the said Niva Bhupa had been troubling me by raising unnecessary queries and asking me to submit the same document many times and make fresh doctor certificates stating the same facts. This method is also a clear presentation of your malafide intentions, inefficiency as an insurance company, and guilt of not serving their customers from whom they have looted monies by fooling and making rosy presentations. It is relevant to mention that I am a senior citizen by age now and such undue harassment and mental analogy has caused great hardship to me.
