Customer support is very poor. They dont have any manner how to talk to a person. Also nira app fetch your all contact and call them randomly if you failed to pay your emi. Their NBFC governience never revert of mail. This is horrible experience. I never suggest this type app to any person. They call on continuous besis and also do sms otp bombarding. Their customer executive abuse and do mentaly harassment.
