I have taken the loan in March with Rs 17000/- and after all deduction i got 15530rs in my account. Until August i paid my EMI with Rs 3138/- now the issues is that from july i am getting the calls for make the payment which they have remitted of Rs 133500/- but i didn’t receive such huge amount, en number of times i escalated to Nira teams, who calls for payment’s. Every time they says that they will correct the database. But on every day getting various calls from Spam numbers for repayment of Principle Amount. I have only 1 emi left with Rs of 3138/- but they are not ready to give me the proper data. Their Nira app is not functioning from several days. Login OTP is not getting generated. By this i am unable to login. Collection agents are harrasing and asking for 50k, 1.33k an all.. Poor services. Really humiliated.
