Dear sir I have taken loan from nira finance and they have done the auto debit system for emi debit. My complain is that I have maintained my emi amount on due date but they don’t auto debit when the next morning when I open nira finance app in the app interface showing your emi is overdue by one day but else I done payment for my self only and after sometime 295money debit buy suhari tech ventures pvt ltd which is engaged with nira finance and it is second such thing happened my concern is that without any reason why the debit 295 money they don’t debit emi amount when I kept total fund of emi on due date only but they charge extra 295 I want justice.
