I bought from fire bolt website, i have mailed them on 8/09/2022 still no answer from them. I’m not happy at all with watch or services. first watch won’t survive more than four months, and the replacement watch wasn’t functional either.
Replaced watch having battery drainage issue. It either uses too much battery or has a bad battery. It didnt last long even for 5 days with a full charge (DND was on, Bluetooth was turned off, no music was played, no call alerts, no message alerts).
the battery is dead even with low usage, it won’t last more than five days, and you’re asking for ten days of standby.
It’s very costly
I want them to Take watch back and give me my money back in full as soon as they can. I want my full amount of money and no replacement now.
Please help me …
