I have ordered for a Nilkamal Nevada Wooden TV Rack for Rs.2,100/- which was delivered on 17th of this month. Just by opening the corner itself, it was noticed that the item was damaged. By notifying the complaint, I requested for return – but you opted for replacement. But, unfortunately, today, while receiving the item (replaced) – Reference : 408-7444193-2485144 the item is not in full as also it is in a still further damaged condition. Hence I request you to immediately take steps to refund the money. From a big house like Amazon, I have never expected this kind of a poor service – please initiate steps to refund the money without any further delay.
