i have raised the complaint many times via customer care and via app also, till now no proper response.
in my family all the members are using airtel connections but there is always problem for us
first complaint was raised around 2 years back no proper solution so i ported out the network
now i have taken family connection plan and raised the complaint again also..
if this cant be solved means they need to say we have issues, they wont say that also they will say it will be solved or fake promise will not help.. we are paying bills and recharging right so i have rights to ask
i have paid more than 20+K till now i belive for airtel prepaid & postpaid till now while using this numbers
can you get the solution of this or not let us know finally
