I tried to contact Amazon many times but every time I received different response. Below is the email I sent them twice but no response on it. Some times the support team talk very rudely.
Need urgent support to fix the issue.

Hello Team.
This is in reference to the flour machine I purchased from Zata Industries online in July 2022.
I received it on 20th July 2022 and it worked only for 2-3 times and stopped after that (from 6th August 2022).
I contacted the company’s helpdesk, WhatsApp number, and sent an email for assistance, but they did not respond via email or WhatsApp chat. I get excuses when I call them directly from my side.
I’m sick of calling the dealer’s helpdesk again and again.
So far, they have called me only once (on August 12th) via Whatsapp video call to understand the problem, but there has been no further update. Every time I call them, they always give excuses.
I purchased this pricey item because I have diabetic patients at home and my doctor advised me not to use readymade flour from outside.
I could have bought the flour machine at a local market, but I now realize I made a mistake by ordering it online. I’d never had a problem with any Amazon product I’d bought online.
On 17th August 2022, I escalated this matter to Amazon. Amazon helpdesk guy told me to upload the screenshots of the email and whatsapp chat on Amazon link shared to me. I did it but after that I did not received any update.
On 18th August 2022, I again called Amazon and this time I was told that the machine will be picked from my home within two days and my money will be returned in my account. But I didn’t received any response from anyone from Amazon.
On 21st August 2022, I again called Amazon to know the progress regarding discussion that happened on 18th August 2022. The reply I received this time was shocking. I was directly informed that Amazon cannot do anything in this matter unless the vendor “Zata Industries” denies giving me support on email or whatsapp. I don’t understand how every time Amazon helpdesk gave me different answer!
Tell tell me one thing, what do to when vendor gives no support and ALSO DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAIL OR WHATSAPP CHAT? How can I get a letter from vendor for denial of support in warranty period and provide it to Amazon?
The dealer may have their own problems with providing technical support in Mumbai, but I have started to feeling cheated.
Please assist me in getting either the ENTIRE MACHINE replaced or a refund of my money. I don’t want to call the dealer’s helpline any longer. I am tired of calling them again and again.
