I had ordered for TataSky Binge Plus Upgrade which happened 27th Sept 2020. After installation since day 1 STB troubled alot and i had to call customer care every day to get one or the other issue fixed. Its been 15 days Tata Sky STB has been of b pain and malfunctioning.
I asked vendor multiple times to replace device but every alternate day they will come and do some troubleshooting and rectify problem temporary but next day again another problem. Yesterday they decided to take box home with promise thay they ll bring new box with all my Ids setup and came back today, to my surprise they returned old box with someone elses login and showed me its working amd asked me to reset device amd configure with my account as its new box, I did. After reset, again Remote was not connecting and upon calling another service engineer, he informed me that its old STB only so will send engineer again to rectify.
In summary I am fedup with daily chasing since 15 days with TataSky and their mismanagement in resolution of customer complains hence would like to take it with Consumer Court.
