September 27 I got delivered refurbished laptop i bought from snapmint app which is payment app only the laptop is from newjaisa technology. The device worked for 20 days only i mailed the problem which took 1 month to resolve the problem but the only send battery after a month. I changed the battery but my device still isn’t working it’s completely shutted down. And past 20 days I am getting no response from them. The device is financed so every month I am still paying the EMI.
