Text of Complaint by Chetan Kumar:

I have purchased WiFi Dongle from Amazon and applied for new Wifi Dongle Sim Connection only through customer care service. as per customer representative wording, that local executive will contact me and handover new sim card for my WiFi Dongle.

but have not received any sms for that application.

today I contact to Customer Care department by Toll free number but there I’m Sock that now on e care handle this call for solve this problem, every one transfer call to another department, broadband to wifi & wifi to broadband.

so much hopeless service of Airtel.

I’m Gold member of Airtel Connection.

I connect with Airtel more than 13 Years.
