Mene havells ka water heater paytm mall se order kiya tha .mere pas wo 15/11/2018 ko received hua and next day installation ho gai then jab use on kra to on nhi hua installation krne wale ne bola ki iski PCB kharab h isne bola 2-3 days m thik kr dege but uske baad koi nhi aaya m 34 days se call pe call kar rha hu havells coustomer care m but koi nhi aa rha har bar meri complain likh lete h but kisi ko nhi bhej rhe m bhoot preshan hu.
