Dear Sir ,
We are writing this email with highly disappointed product & Pathetic service rendered by your service provider. ( S.S Refrigerators, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu)
We bought This New Voltas 1.5 Ton inverter AC Vectra Series at Tuticorin police canteen on 02.04.2023 on my uncle Account Mr.I.Henson Paulraj after installation of the AC ( Installation Technician Mr.Nelson +916379723935) 03.04.2023 late evening it worked fine.
Suddenly it stopped working on 26.04.2023 with 23 days on purchase as no cooling was there & water droplets started leaking in the indoor unit.
We called the customer service on 27.04.2023 SR no 23042737095 & request for service ignored repeatedly but even after continuous calls you dealer S.S refrigerators Owner rejected our calls & delayed service by 5 days after we escalate with Voltas ASM Mr.Barnabas Sr no:23042737095 with his intervention & after our repeat follow up AC technician (Mr.Sundar +918248080892 ) arrived & told this unit has a defect can be resolved with refilling the gas as the earlier technician would have fixed in a hurry & he repaired the same after then the AC worked.
Suddenly again in the very short time on 14.05.2023 the AC again stopped Working with same issues no cooling & with water droplets.
We were highly disappointed with this Voltas product & unworth service.
Now again i have started following customer service & AC technician since May 15 with SR No 23051528321
Till date we got no proper solution.
Even after speaking with Mr.Arshath ASM on 16.05.2023 and request to do the needful, now he also not answering our calls.
Today 17.05.2023 tried to escalate this issue with your customer care but no feedback & call disconnect.
Is this the way of handling a customer at this juncture.
Many of my friends had suggested me by Voltas as its worthy product & with prompt service.
But now I’m really feeling bad with this product & very worst after service given by your dealer as they are very much interested & busy with new installation & rejecting this services.
We kindly request to replace a new product or pls refund the amount of this product as our total family is fed up with this bad experience
