I have recently installed new Voltas split AC from Sony Electronics shop, 106/8 cibil Lines, Opposite Sainik Petrol Pump, Bareilly (Phone No. 9412292299) on date 09 April 2021 with Invoice No. 59 in the name of
The AC was not functioning and there was no cooling. And the technician is claiming that gas has leaked and refilling will now cost additional Rs. 2000. I cannot understand when the fitting everything was done by the Voltas Technician then why the gas leaked in less than a month.
Please take suitable action against the Sony Electronics, Bareilly and Voltas company for not installing properly the AC unit, causing trouble to the consumer even after receiving full payment and unnecessarily causing a loot of the money in the name of Gas Leakage which is a very common problem after new installation within a month especially by Voltas.
Please take suitable action against Sony Electronics, Bareilly and Voltas for looting public money in the name of Gas Leakage (within a month) from the newly installed AC units.
