New software being download stuck 67% again and again

I have the same issue. I have been seeing this common problem everywhere on the internet. Why is tata play ignorant about this big issue? Apart from that service guy charges 250rs for fixing while he did not fix anything at all. It’s a waste of time and energy.

Have the same issue. This happens so frequently. And I am charged 200rs every time for technician visit. How is it a box problem? And why am I responsible for paying because of tata play’s faulty box. Fix your software and hardware and stop putting charges for your faulty device.
