I have been in touch with Jio for the above subject for long time since and I have provided every detail information to your Mahad Jio Point Pin-402301,
I have already filled up the necessary Simcard replacement form to get the same number, but have received no positive response from Mahad Jio Point (Raigad, Maharashtra, pin 402301). Such lethargy/callousness is not expected from JIO.
