Dear Sir,

Informing you that whenever try to contact customer care service, there is no option for direct speak to customer care executives, reason is purchased new sim like port from bsnl to airtel dated on 17th july 2020, as per agent once sim activated unlimited calls facility and internet packs facility, sim is activated but there is no outgoing facilities, it shows zero balance and validity up to 19th july 2020.

Kindly treated it as a priority basis.
