Text of Complaint by Priya Somani:

I made a recharge on my Airtel number: 9748048486 and the very next day I found that my sim is not working. On visiting the nearest Airtel store when they tried to replace the sim, they found a mismatch in father’s name and date of birth in the records kept with the company.

I have been using this number for over 10 years and now they are denying the sim on grounds of some mismatch at their part when I am producing all the documents in original is extremely harassing.

Even repeated complaints have gone unattended.
