I had ported my number to airtel about 4 months ago. Airtel customer care delivered the new SIM but it could not be activated, probably for some technical reasons. The customer care was contacted and they promised to resolve the issue asap.
Till date the same is not resolved. I had also requested to get the SIM replaced but was told it wasn’t possible.
All this happened around mid April21. My complaint has been unanswered. My mails to Airtel was not responded to since early September.
I would request an early resolution.
