I went to airtel store yesterday to change the sim ,they charged me 100rs , because it stopped working and they ask to change the sim. When I went there they let me wait because server was not working (issues with password)and they don’t even said that it will be Chargeable . After completing the process of changing the sim they ask me to pay 100rs which should be said before doing the process which I don’t find appropriate and even it cost less to the merchants where I asked before to do the process and I chose to do it from airtel itself. But I paid 90rs only. Today only I got message from airtel that it’s 25rs for changing the sim.
