Month ago, I have checked my online account of airtel, there are shows unpaid bill of DTH. I have contact to airtel customer service by phone and asked for it, they Said there are one set up box installed at my house and that box showed activated, you must pay this bill. I have asked that I am using Videocone DTH and paying them last 7 years, when you guys installed and where is that box?
Because nobody come to my house for installed any box. I have asked them please investigate that where is that box and when they installed.
Airtel harassed me for that I have nothing did and I have paid bill and asked them to close this account. But still I get message from airtel that for recharge your DTH .

Recharge your Airtel DTH ID 3042333230-001 with Rs 396 My TV pack & wtach TV for complete 3 months. For more information, give missed call on 8448284764. T&C
This is fraud and airtel harassed me last 40 days.
I want go to Consumer court for this harassment .
