My prepaid number is 9895445342. I had subscribed to a scheme which was valid till 22nd May 2020. I received a message intimating that my subscription will expire on 22 may and asking me to recharge today to have continuity in service. Accordingly I recharged today with a scheme which is valid for 365 days. My account is now showing validity of 364 days, which means you prematurely activated my new scheme instead of activating it on 22nd May ( which is the expiry date of existing scheme)
