Text of Complaint by R RAJARAMAN:

I purchased the Kent purifier on 12 Apr 2024 and I am raising the service requests from the Kent website and calling their customer care number multiple times. But the service requests are being except but customer service not provided 07 days I raised this concern to the concerned team but they failed to resolve this issue. I invested 17k + on this product. I don’t want this product anymore considering the worst service.
