New recharge must start from 18th jun 2020—> airtel becomes DEAF & DUMB over their faulty software and server.

1. Previous recharge valid till 17th June 11.59pm
2. Recharge done today at 8.20pm for 84 days .
3. Your server started new recharge from today and eaten away my balance of 800mb data and 202sms of previous plan and one day validity also.
4 . As per airtel policy the next plan will take effect after expiry of old recharge that is from 00.00 hrs of 18th June 2020 but the faulty server made it from previous date 17th June only highly objectionable- it has to be corrected manually
5. In 121 there is no option created to speak with person ??
Need help (a) new recharge of 84 days should effective from 18th June
(B) return today’s data of 800mb and 202 SMS should carry forward on 18th June
