Text of Complaint by Nitish Dubey:

I made a recharge to my airtel prepaid account with mobile no. 9891261948 on 3rd july. The Ref no: is 30364011068. Earlier I had got a message that my previous account was valid till 6th July and it had 80MB left in it along with unlimited talktime.

However, after I made the recharge of 249, the new plan became active and it not rolled over i.e. it should have become active after 6th july. This has resulted in loss of 3 days of validity of my previous plan which I was still left with 80MB data and unlimited talktime .

Though I have faith in Airtel but this issues which keep popping up sporadically disappoint. I request to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
