On 27th October 2021 Lakshmi Bala Sardar purchased one new prepaid SIM from LIMTON BBD BAG, KOLKATA-700001. She was told by a lady wearing AIRTEL RED JACKET named” Sweata” that’s the validity of the recharge is for 28 days with unlimited call & 1 GB Data per day. But after loading it shows zero validity. It’s most unfortunate and not expected from AIRTEL. I want immediate rectification and punishment if there is fault. Regards.
