hello,
I bought a new sim card on 10th dec 2018 , got it activated by 10 p.m. same day , however cannot make calls neither receive incoming calls , it saying number closed for operational reason, the no. is for my home so i can check on my daughter .
I spoke to vodaphone care helpline for nearly 1 hr , the only suggestion was to visit the store , which is not possible as i can leave office only after 7 and that is store closing time
