Text of Complaint by Pinky Nihalani:

I changed my plan to 899 last 3 months before and got additional benefit of setup box Howevet from last 2 months my setup box is not working showing contact your cable operators and when I compliant the same to my nearest airtel branch it was ignored because the person first said he is admitted in hospital when he discharge he will look into that and when I refollow up again he said he have exams so he will not able to support current .as confirmed bill also received high and when compliant he said he will mail to airtel and comfy but no such response received and when I visit the branch and said I need to change to my airtel to Vodafone he said mam please visit the vodaphone branch and you can change any time ..such a bad service I received from the airtel 1st time
