We have purchased a new AC couple of months back. Within a month of AC installation the AC has leaked entire gas. When I contacted Panasonic they send an engineer for repairing. The engineer who came said that it’s a leakage issue and the one who has installed will only pe putting in the gas. The guy who installed the AC came after 2 days. And he filled the gas. After asking him why the gas has leaked within a month, he said there is some screw issue. It won’t happen again. Now it has happened again. It’s very difficult to get Panasonic service team on call. Need quick help.
