Flipkart Extremely disappointed with my purchase of a MarQ by Flipkart AC (OD330518875688526100) from Flipkart. The AC arrived with damaged parts, and both MarQ and Flipkart customer service have been unhelpful and unresponsive.

Reported the issue on May 3rd, technician confirmed damage on May 4th. Despite promises of a fix by May 13th, nothing has been done. Repeated follow-ups only resulted in false promises and excuses. MarQ refuses to provide a resolution timeline or escalation contacts. Flipkart, despite owning MarQ, also refused to help.

Continuously I am getting false responses from MarQ and Flipkart customers care. Just to reiterate 2 days back example. When I shared my concern with one customer care Jyoti Ma’am, she told to call back in few minutes and she will connect with authority person, I called back, other one picked. First she declined to connect with authority person, than she told me to hold for some time, than I was on hold for some half an hour and than she hung up my call. Disgusting disgusting. Another example, Flipkart customer care after hearing the issue, gave me 23rd May deadline. When I called today to get the status, customer care person solved the open issue without Letting me know and generated new issue with new deadline of 12th June.

I have written to Flipkart and MarQ on email ID, twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook. Everywhere gets same automated reply we will reach you back in 24 or 4 or xyz hours but than no call/ message/ email, nothing comes

@Flipkart @MarQbyFlipkart – This is unacceptable. You’ve left me without a working AC for weeks in this extreme summer season. Your service is a disaster
