I purchase a New LG 270 Liter Refrigerator Model no – GL-B281BBCY/2022 of Rs. 24,000/- at Ranchi, Jharkhand on 08.10.2022 but i am very unhappy for the issue of more water leakage inside the Refrigerator, I call costumer care many times and many time represented visit on my home but not resolved the problem last time within one year on purchased, representative found the solution and paste some martial of leakage part where defective/crack part launch LG COMPANY but problem not resolved for inside leakage and LG represented broken another plate with this process at refrigerator. This defective internal part given by the company before launch to market, but LG Company launch this defective product before testing. Meanwhile company not resolved this nor replace this product, whenever only one year of purchased and solution not given by the LG Company, whenever I lodged many complaint within one year on purchases i.e guarantee period.
