Dear Sir / Madam,
I have applied for shifting of my landline cum broadband connection number 0120 4235687 from Indirapuram Ghaziabad to Jaipur Rajasthan in last week of June 2019. It was informed that it is not possible in Jaipur where I am shifting as feasibility not possible. Here I would like to mention that almost every 2-3 house has Airtel connection, and your team is informing that it is Not possible.
Anyways I applied for new landline cum broadband connection in Jaipur in 1st week of July 2019 and only after inspection of Airtel team at my house with a payment of 3 months rental of RS.1099 plan + GST and was informed that within 2-3 days it will be done. I am almost following everyday for laying the cable and for installation of connection but it seems no one is bothered in Airtel.
I request to kindly intervene and get the cable laid and connection installed on priority as cement road work is going on and it would become impossible later on.
