Dear Customer Care,
I purchased a new data plan of Rs.399 (56 days) yesterday (26/06/2020) to my existing plan of Rs.56 (28 days) , but When I called customer care, it showed the details of existing plan only with a balance of Rs.0, & not the new plan of Rs.399 due to which I am not able to access the internet.
I request you to show the details of new plan, so that I may be able to access the internet
