I got a call from airtel for internet TV box upgrade which I accepted. The engineer installed the box but when it did’nt work he said it takes 24 hrs to activate and went off. I waited but when nothing happened I called everywhere customer care kept telling me nishchint rahiye apki sahayta ki jayegi we have sent an email but nothing happened. Engineer and field officer in charge Mr. Pawan Gupta stopped picking up the phone.
I am taking this matter to social platforms and consumer court. Because I have no other alternative left.
