I have filed a complaint in IRDAI regarding New India assurance company for my claim related issue.

Dear sir,
On 3-jan-2025 my vehicle having road accident then i have claim the vehicle to repair but in my claim case surveyor not giving intimation regarding to total loss of vehicle & also surveyor give vehicle information to outside car dealers due to that i request new india assurance company to change surveyor in my present claim but new india company not supported me , from last 2 months i have face totally mentally harassment at new india assurance company pune divisional & regional offices , new india company not supported me ,
so that please resolve my complaint regarding new india assurance company for my claim.
My request to the new india assurance company is-
To repair my car change surveyor for my claim.
