No one is listing about my complaint from one month. They are not upgrading my broadband from copper to fiber. I have also paid for new fiber connection but no one installing the connection. I daily call to airtel people and they said that your connection will be installed tomorrow but till date it is pending. Pathetic services. I am using airtel from 18years and they are still not listening to me.
