New duplicate SIM can not activate ,sir I am chandrasekaran from national district, on the date 18/04/2019 I recharged Rs-499 for my mobile number 7358851849(air tel),the next day I lost my hand bag at the time of travelling by the train, my original Adher card,oter I’d, pan card are in my bag, then I complaint at the. History railway police station, then after I purchased new phone and went to Airtel SIM dealer due to purchase duplicate SIM for my same number, but the all dealer refused to issue the duplicate SIM with out original I’d drop, I am already get the old SIM my Asher card and photo also, mean while the Airtel tiruchirapalli dealer issue one duplicate SIM on 22/04/209,but the SIM not activate till time and date
